1. Product Returns and Replacements

If you are not satisfied with a product you have received, you may request a return under the following conditions:

* Return Window: Products are eligible for return within 3 to 4 business days from the date of delivery.

* Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

* Return Approval: All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Once your return is approved:

* Replacement Delivery: A replacement product will be shipped within 5 to 6 business days.

* Refund Processing: If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

2. Consultation Services

All payments for dermatology consultations or related services are non-refundable. Once a consultation is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
